We do not accept any returns after 30 days since the day of the item was delivered. We do not accept any returns unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com including the details and picture to proof the defective item.
If the return is accepted, we will send the address to send back via email.
Please remind that shipping charges including import taxes must be paid by you. We will not refund any shipping charges or import taxes. Please note that depending on the area of residence, it may take some time for items to be exchanged to arrive.
Packages shipped internationally may be lost , so please return the item via a shipping method that can be tracked. Also, we may be taxed by customs upon receipt of the returned item, so please write “Item for return” at the shipping label and invoice.
Also, the delivery status may not be updated depending on the receiving country. Please ask your nearest post office about the delivery status using your tracking number.
All of our packages are delivered to you with insurance coverage.There are some things we will ask you.
・ Would you please send us pictures（detail all and box) which is broken item ?
・ Could you take this damaged item to your local post office and fill out a damage report ?
・ After filling it out, please give the receipt number as well as send us the scanned paperwork on mail.
This way, we can also talk with Japan Post for insurance claim and I can issue refund ASAP or reship item.
